James McFarland - Principal Veterinary Surgeon
James graduated from Glasgow University Vet School in 1979 and having worked in practices in Co. Antrim, Somerset and Northamptonshire, he came to Dunstable as an assistant in 1986 when the name of Icknield Vet Group was first coined.

Katy Wragg
Katy joined us in 2010 as Veterinary Assistant after graduating from the RVC in 2008. She enjoys surgery and is working on improving her skills and hopes to specialise in orthopaedics. She also enjoys travel and has recently completed a trip around South America. She has a naughty black labradoodle which lives in her family home in Yorkshire.

Caroline Colborne-Baber
Caroline trained at the Royal School of Veterinary Studies and qualified in June 2004. She then worked in Newport Pagnell for 3 years before joining Icknield in June 2007. Caroline takes an active role in training our student Nurses after qualifying as a nurse assessor in Jan 2006.
Caroline has worked solely in small animal practice and enjoys surgery and has developed an interest in small animal acupuncture, which she now offers to clients in the practice.
Out of work, Caroline enjoys hill walking, spending time in the garden and cooking (which is often tested on the rest of the practice). She owns a wonky-legged black and white rescue cat called Cluedo.
Sue Chorlton.
Sue has joined us to cover Caroline's maternity leave. Sue is a
daughter of a farmer. She is extremely experienced, for the last 5 years she has dealt with emergency critical care in small animals. She is interested in small animal internal medicine.
Her hobbies include adventure travel especially in Africa.

Jennifer Posey
Jennifer qualified from the RVC in 2010 and joined Icknield in August 2011 after working in the Herts area for the previous 12 months. She has 2 guinea pigs to look after and enjoys tennis and horse riding.
