Nicki joined our practice in November 2008 as senior receptionist. She has two cats and 4 dogs .

Lisa has been a receptionist with us since 2007. She has 1 dog and 3 cats.

HARPENDEN RECEPTION
Claire Smith
Claire joined us in March 2011 as afternoon receptionist. Claire enjoys spending time with her family and keeps two horses, a working cocker spaniel and a birman cat.
Judith Atkins
Judith joined us in 2010 and works on reception mainly in the afternoon. She has many interests but spends most of her time with her German Shepherd and plays both the piano and the violin.
Mikey
Mikey joined us 15 years ago as a kitten and has been with us ever since. His main responsibilities include keeping the diary covered (as in the picture) and supervising the reception area and staff in Harpenden. He also greets clients from the reception counter. His interests include observing the wildlife in the garden and making sure he gets his daily t/d food allowance.
ADMINISTRATION
Elaine Fensome - Finance Manager
Elaine joined Icknield Veterinary Group almost 20 years ago as Purchase Ledger Clerk and now holds the position of FInance Manager. When not working she enjoys the company of her little granddaughter and her 2 rescue dogs (pictured). She also enjoys DIY and creating edible treats for her family.
Syd Knight - Accounts Department
Syd worked in the motor trade for many years and gained experience in all departments before settling in credit control where he achieved membership of the Institute of Credit Management. Before joining Icknield Syd also worked in the telephone and insurance industries.
Candy Chandler - Administration Assistant.
Candy joined us in February 2004 on a part time basis. She has 1 cat, enjoys her holidays in the sun whenever she can get away.
Denise Whitham - Practice Manager
Denise first joined the practice in 1994 as Senior Receptionist. After a break of 5 years she rejoined in 2004 as Practice Manager. When not working Denise enjoys watching motor racing, and looking after Mollie (Shih Tzu cross pictured here with Denise) and her rescue rabbit Bertie Wooster.
